SUITED IN RED

For those who have me on Instagram... you will have seen me feature this amazing berry coloured suit from Unique 21. Normally I would go for a black coloured suit, something very understated like myself but I'm loving deep red colours at the minute and this seemed the perfect thing to spice up my wardrobe this Autumn. 

ALL ABOUT THE HAIR

All thanks to LullaBellz I now have a beautiful luscious head of hair again, I have recently been taken off the contraceptive pill for certain health tests and with being on it for so many years of my adult life, I was unaware of such devastating side effects it would have on me mentally and physically. The past few months have been extremely hard, but now thanks to LullaBellz I feel confident again and much happier I am on the mend..

GOLD PIPING DETAILS

I have gone and found the 'black co-ord' of dreams from Missy Empire. This Gold Piping co-ord is super comfy, it's flattering and a perfect staple for this time of year. I'm also really looking forward to being able to style both the jacket and trousers separately. It comes with a very delicate tie for around the waist which is a nice touch, but you can wear this both with and without. 

TIPS ON HAVING A SUCCESSFUL INSTAGRAM..

Instagram, the app that seems to run the world these days. I often see people create 'help' posts and I personally really enjoy reading them, so I thought it would be a good idea to share some of my own advice with you on tackling the world of Insta.

For those of you who are wanting to turn it into more of a business venture? Perhaps you are a blogger and struggling to get the recognition you deserve? or perhaps you are just wanting some handy tips on how to make it more aesthetically pleasing? then this post is for you..

I'd love to be able to tell you that the style, colour or layout of your Instagram doesn't matter all that much, but unfortunately it does and you have to have a Masters in 'Fine Instagram Arts' to combat it sometimes. I have spent far too long perfecting my layout and only now after years of practice and identity searching am I 99.9% happy with it. As many bloggers will tell you, we are never fully satisfied with our feeds, but I promise you.. seeking for perfection is a constant disappointment.

LIQUORISH

I am totally in love with this outfit.. I have been wanting the perfect denim dress for some time now. This denim maxi is from an online store called 'Liquorish'. Their clothes are to die for and I had to get my hands on this very special piece with the heavy silver zip detail on the front. The fit is perfect and it is so well made...

MONOCHROME MOD

Still loving monochrome.. and even though I did a very similar look to this one last year, I have my flared pants and basic tee's back out to enjoy this beautiful weather. I have also been living in my fur sliders this Summer and they are the most lazy fashionable accessory I own. Whenever I struggle for what footwear to match up with an outfit, these have been my go-tos.

MARREKECH | MOROCCO

Finally got a little holiday post up for you guys.. I'm not going to blab on too much as the pictures pretty much speak for themselves. I really grew to love Marrakech and all it had to offer, I was lucky enough to go for a week over my birthday and taste real Moroccan cuisine, experience the souks, relax in the blistering heat, meet such amazing people and take a tour to the Yves Saint Lauren Gardens. 

SATIN HEAVEN

Hi guys.. it's been awhile! I thought I would share with you my birthday outfit from a few weeks ago that I took with me on my holiday to Morocco. It was the best outfit to take, it felt glam, lightweight and very flattering. It was also the perfect colour with a nice glowing tan. As I tend to wear a lot of black, I still had to have my black accents in their but overall I absolutely love this look!!

THE DETAILS

I have been loving this weather recently and it has been a successful week all round. I have managed to get lots of lovely outfits blogged for you guys and I also have my car back on the road. I own a beautiful VW Beetle cabriolet, but it has been off the road whilst I lived and worked in the heart of the city, now that I'm based back home in the countryside, it is time to enjoy her again this Summer. So I'm sure you guys will be seeing a lot more of my car soon over all my social sites..

DAY TO NIGHT | BOOHOO

Anyone who follows me over on my Instagram glitterandgrimes, will have already seen this beauty of a maxi shirt over the last few days. I'm in love with how versatile it is and it is a MUST to take with me on my holiday this year...

THE CO-ORD

I have been after the perfect off the shoulder black top for a good few weeks now and I finally found the perfect one on Missy Empire online. Not only do you get a top but you also get some amazing three-quarter trousers/leggings with it too and this co-ord would be amazing in the day time with some trainers but also during the evening time with heels..

DUSKY BLUE | PLT

Something is drawing me to all things pale blue at the minute and as soon as I saw this dusty pale blue satin dress online, I had to have it. I think this will be a great holiday outfit option for when I go away this Summer. It is super lightweight and extremely flattering for all body shapes. What I love about this dress is how versatile it can be on your holidays, you can wear it in the evening with some heels, day time with some sandals or even over a bikini having lunch by the pool..

BUNS & STUDS

A simple outfit post for you guys this Spring. This is something I wore the other night for a date night with the girls in Liverpool. I have on my new jeans from Quiz which are just £22.99 and my new white top with neck choker attached. Then I have on a studded leather jacket to add abit of glam, along with some old faithful Whistle boots.

THE RIGHT STRIPE

The time to love stripes is now! Obsessing over this matching shirt and trousers right now. I have no idea if this was destined for a co-ord, but it is now. I wanted to put the two together from the moment I saw them, no doubt there would be some 'boy in the stripe pjs' comments.. but I'm in love with this look anyhow. 

CANDLE BELLE

The lovely people at Candle Belle sent me a beautiful range of candles to try, including some of their extremely popular soy wax melts and also their highly fragrances two wicked candles. I absolutely love candles in my home, so I was eager to try them out. Here is a quick overview of the scents I chose and what I really think of the brand and the quality. 

DRESSING UP A JUMPSUIT

Loving this weather, it is really needed to lift spirits right now and get people in the mood for the Summer time. I'm one of these people, that need to see and feel the heat creeping on to get motivated to want to eat better and get some ideas for holidays and time out etc. Me being me though, I'm still styling all black..

FINDERS KEEPERS THE LABEL

It's been awhile since I posted, so I thought it was only right to come back with this killer all black look, wearing the amazing Finders Keepers label. This co-ord especially makes me feel like such an independent woman and I love the cut and simple detailing. I really hope my images manage to do this justice. Even though it's been a super sunny week.. I will still not hesitate to wear black!

TK MAXX GIFTS

For those of you who have been following my blog for some time now and also my Snapchat, then you know how much I love TK Maxx and also Home Sense. I was over the moon when they got in touch to let me spend £25 in store. Here I chose 3 lovely items which would be perfect on my desk at home. I especially love stationary and whenever I go to the TK Maxx home section, it is the one section I make a bee-line for.
