CUTE TOPS WITH A TWIST

Here is to, exactly what my styling has always been about... taking a cute little piece of clothing and wearing it with a twist, an edge. Just changing it up a bit and not sticking to the norms of girl wears 'girly'. Let me know what you guys think to this cute crop and how a biker jacket just makes every outfits scream cool!

MAKING STATEMENTS

New week... new theme. 

Instagram theme that is, and obviously you guys who also read my blog and like more of chit chat post,s will begin to notice a difference too. It is definitely warmer. I changed it for the simple fact it was more manageable, and this new theme doesn't take up so much time and I can put more of my efforts into the actual content rather than the asthetics. Don't get me wrong, I love a good looking feed, but this one is definitely more relaxed and welcoming.

 I'm eager to start showing off my little place and incorporating more interior pictures into my feed, so having an injection of colour within a new theme seemed the perfect move forward. 

BORG

We all have borg starrey eyes recently and it's everywhere. I picked up a new hoodie not long ago, which has now gone viral in various colours, but I couldn't resist getting my hands on this oversized jacket in the same material too. I know it's not exactly season appropriate as we welcome Spring, but lets be honest, it's still freezing and all I care about is comfort.

DUSKY BLUE | PLT

Something is drawing me to all things pale blue at the minute and as soon as I saw this dusty pale blue satin dress online, I had to have it. I think this will be a great holiday outfit option for when I go away this Summer. It is super lightweight and extremely flattering for all body shapes. What I love about this dress is how versatile it can be on your holidays, you can wear it in the evening with some heels, day time with some sandals or even over a bikini having lunch by the pool..

DRESSING UP A JUMPSUIT

Loving this weather, it is really needed to lift spirits right now and get people in the mood for the Summer time. I'm one of these people, that need to see and feel the heat creeping on to get motivated to want to eat better and get some ideas for holidays and time out etc. Me being me though, I'm still styling all black..

OVERSIZED MINIMAL JUMPSUIT

I have always been a fan of a jumpsuit, I think they are really effortlessly stylish and they are extremely versatile for both the day time and the night. Their only disadvantage would be wanting the bathroom. Once I saw this oversized jumpsuit on ASOS I fell in love.. it is so beautiful and I knew it would be really comfortable for my trip to Ireland last weekend...

Hi guys, I'm back with an exciting post to share with you!! Thanks to 5Fashion for sending me so many new Autumn pieces to style :) One being this camel coloured high neck bodycon midi dress. A high neck for me is essential this time of year, a great transition look and highly appropriate with this weather.

I decided to put my own spin on a simple evening dress as I told you on instagram! What I haven't told you yet, is that this is only £5!!!!! I know, unbelievable right! It also comes in various different colours. 

Not only do I have that bargain to share with you guys, but also this belt from New Look is just £12.99 online and instore and is very similar to the sold out belt from ASOS which everyone fell in love with. (Thank me later)

Another amazing crop top to add to my collection from In The Style. For any of you who follow me on my instagram, will have already seen this beautiful crochet crop top in an orange colour. I can't get enough of them, they are the perfect item to style in so many various ways. This mustard colour is my favourite from all the colours they have available online.

I have paired it up with my denim split front pencil skirt from ASOS. This skirt is a new staple of mine, as it is perfect this time of year to be dressed up or down. I'm really looking forward to styling this in the Winter time with a chunky knit. They have sold out online once before for being the perfect denim choice.

LOVING WHAT YOU DO..

Just a small post to say how happy I am right now... 
and where my blogging and passion is heading. 

I have been doing this for many years now as a hobby and only this year have I decided to take it up as a career. 

In the last year I have to pinch myself still of all the amazing companies and brands I am lucky enough to work with along the way. Going to Parklike with River Island last weekend is definitely a highlight of mine, and I'm excited to see what other ventures can top that. 

Along as all of you following me on here, on Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and my newbie Snapchat still like watching and enjoying the outfits I put together then that is all that matters :)

Anyone looking for the perfect dress to make a statement this Summer or that killer comfy dress you can dress up and down for the Festival session.. well I have the perfect thing!

Introducing the Leena Blue Layered Lip dress by In The Style!!

Remember how extremely popular the shape of the 'skort' was last year and how it made your legs look great with the angles at the front, this dress is my two favourite clothing items combined... a halter top and a skort shaped skirt for the bottom half. The material is really lightweight and I love how you can wear this in both the day and night. I would pair this with some white converse and a jacket, and then throw on some comfy heels to transition into the night.

This is quite a girly dress for me, but I fell in love with with denim-look fabric and the style is perfect for any body shape. For me, I have just styled it with a grungy denim jacket and some black lace up sandals to give it that edge!

The dress has a lovely criss cross back and reveals skin all the way to the bottom of your back. I have just put on a super cute choker to emphasise the halter neck.

SOME SUN

I was really feeling the warm weather the other day and desperate to do a Spring transition post as we start seeing some real sun creep into our weeks now. I have brought my fave trousers back out the closet from the super online Vintage store House of Jam! 

I lived in these trousers last Summer as they were extremely versatile and could be styled in so many different ways! So I just have on my favourite white tee from Zara, my other favourite multi coloured cardi from Topshop which I bought last year, a leather jacket over the top and new lace up shoes from ASOS. I don't think I will ever part with these shoes... they are going to be my go-to shoe this Spring/Summer. Super stylish and comfortable. 

Who else is really excited for some hot weather, I don't know about you guys but it completely lifts my mood. I am quite fed up of the gloom of Winter on its way out. Everyone is pretty fed up around this time of year and everyone is dreaming of the BBQ months, so roll on some nice weather this week so I can do more outdoor shoots.

Sweater - Bundy & Webster | Trousers - Topshop | Shoes - ASOS | Sunglasss - New Look

How awesome is my new gorgeous baby blue sweater? I have been wanting a new Spring fun looking sweater which makes styling OOTD's so much more fun!

Bundy & Webster recently contacted me and asked me to choose one of their unique pieces online. I  knew I had to pick one of their sequinned embellished sweaters, and out of the beautiful selection of pastels, I chose the 'Lick me' blue.

I have styled this with some black ripped combat trousers, some faux fur, super mirrored sunglasses and my new fave lace up heals from ASOS.

Lets talk about my shoes for a minute.. these ASOS heels look amazing from the front, really classy and elegant but then when you turn to the side you can then see just how comfortable they really are. With a medium heel, straight sole and super comfy material.

It's March already and I have bought my first pair of sunglasses this year.. two infact! Both from New Look. I recently posted a picture on my instagram, so you can check them out here!
