I have been wanting a new pair of knee high boots for some time now but have been waiting for the right pair to come along, one that looks good, is comfortable and also affordable. There is so much inspiration online currently around this look, and I have been really excited to style them as I think they can become a very versatile piece.

Hi guys, sorry I haven't posted as frequently as I would normally do. I haven't been well and as I'm starting to feel much better, I felt it was time to finally edit some of the posts that have been sat patiently waiting in my Macbook library.

I'm definitely transitioning into Autumn now and believe it or not.. I'm over Summer already! Roll on the jumpers, scarves and boots. I'm naturally a Summer baby and I do love the fact the heat lifts peoples moods, but when you live in the UK, it is so unpredictable that is just chaos and confusion most mornings when it comes to deciding on what to wear. 

With the UK Winter time, least we all know where we stand and I LOVE knitwear!
Here is an Autumn transition night time glam look.. I have on a faux suede style jumpsuit/boiler suit which I picked up recently from H&M. I love the colour grey and it is a great colour match for a statement jewellery piece in silver. It pops! 

I have teamed up this outfit with some black glam, which are my most recent pair of PD's, their Megara Lace Up Stilettos. They are so incredibly comfy!! Looking at the height and style of them, this was debatable, but that's one of the things I love about Public Desire, they are always comfortable.

COMFORT

Jumper - H&M | Jeans - Primark | Sandals - Primark

I just wanted to put together a super simple Spring outfit which is all about comfort and transitioning into this 'weird weather' time of year. I know people love Spring and I do too, but there is parts of Spring which is super difficult to dress for. It can look really sunny and warm out the window with the Sun beaming through the curtains, but then once you are outside dressed for an early Ibiza trip, it actually turns out to be a secret trip to the Antarctic. 

So, I have on my favourite statement piece of knitwear this year, this beautiful H&M cream jumper. This is actually a size Small guys!! I had noticed that the jumpers do vary in store, almost as though each one were handmade. I chose this one, as I liked the slouchy look and with this jumper being quite heavy, it really does hang and stretch when on and it's great!

 I have noticed girls with much shorter versions of this jumper, so just incase you guys are wondering why I picked up the largest in the shop, it is intact a 'Small' and happens to be super soft and slouchy and I love it.

Another thing I LOVE... is my new Primark jeans. I have bought black skinny jeans from Primark before when I used to work as a bartender, as I needed a cheap alternative pair which I wasn't afraid to get dirty. I have also bought a white pair from Primark last Summer to try out some DIY rips, but they have always been a very light weight pair of jeans. I wouldn't say they ever felt like 'proper' denim, they were never thick or of a great quality.. so when I saw these in my local Primark, I thought someone had put a pair of Topshop jeans on the stand by accident. They aren't like anything Primark has ever done before and it really shows the development of their denim collection.

I love the frayed ripped knees, they are very sturdy, which is something I always need, as all my ripped Jamie jeans from Topshop have exploded at the knee and it looks like my knee is going to fall out. This Primark pair is also a great colour denim and a colour I don't have in my collection. Then I have finished this super comfy look with my new bargain sandals, also from Primark, for just £5, again they are featured in my March Haul video and come in various other colours, but I decided to stick to the simple black and gold chain design.

SMILES FOR CONVERSE

Ribbed Crop - Glassons | Shoes - Converse | Jeans - H&M | Jacket - Vintage

I have always been a converse girl and my trusty black and white ones are 5 years or more and going strong. They really have been through hell and back and still in a good condition. I honestly believe they are the only piece of footwear from my collection that I can wear with anything.

A favourite look at the minute is wearing some simple high waisted black trousers, a checked shirt and leather jacket. It's comfy, reliable and you know you're going to feel good.

Simple attention to details, such as a small ribbed crop and a fedora. This sounds really silly, but when I wear my hat, I feel like it makes me look as though I take my fashion quite seriously aha.

Oh and I can't forget some MAC red lips to add that feminine touch to a boyish, rocky ensemble.

New Autumn Looks..

Check Dress - Primark | Fedora - H&M | Boots - Topshop

I love this new look. This check dress is going to be a top favourite over these next few months. It's so easy to style and can be worn as a dress or over some ripped jeans or even leather leggings. 

I'm going on a small mini break to Amsterdam with the girls this Monday and I think I will take this along for an outfit option.

I have thrown on my fedora hat from H&M and my black go-to boots this Season from Topshop. A lot of you have asked about these boots on my instagram (link above). Yes they have taken a good few weeks to break them in and many blisters later.. I can honestly say it was all worth it.

Oh, my check dress is from good ol Primark for just £10. I picked it up from the giant Primark store in London at the weekend, because I'm collaborating with USC and CAT Footwear at the minute, I had to take a business trip to Oxford Street to do some promotional work. So I couldn't resist some shopping and site seeing whilst I was there.
