MAKING STATEMENTS

New week... new theme. 

Instagram theme that is, and obviously you guys who also read my blog and like more of chit chat post,s will begin to notice a difference too. It is definitely warmer. I changed it for the simple fact it was more manageable, and this new theme doesn't take up so much time and I can put more of my efforts into the actual content rather than the asthetics. Don't get me wrong, I love a good looking feed, but this one is definitely more relaxed and welcoming.

 I'm eager to start showing off my little place and incorporating more interior pictures into my feed, so having an injection of colour within a new theme seemed the perfect move forward. 

GIVING IN TO GINGHAM

I was very much denying my love of gingham for awhile as I just wasn't sure on it and when bloggers tend to overdo something.. whether it be a style or pattern, it puts me off, but I have definitely 'given into gingham'.. it is official. Here is the dress that made that all happen. This midi/nearly maxi dress is going to be such a strong staple for the upcoming hot weeks. Roll on 27 degrees this weekend guys!

MONOCHROME MOD

Still loving monochrome.. and even though I did a very similar look to this one last year, I have my flared pants and basic tee's back out to enjoy this beautiful weather. I have also been living in my fur sliders this Summer and they are the most lazy fashionable accessory I own. Whenever I struggle for what footwear to match up with an outfit, these have been my go-tos.

SATIN HEAVEN

Hi guys.. it's been awhile! I thought I would share with you my birthday outfit from a few weeks ago that I took with me on my holiday to Morocco. It was the best outfit to take, it felt glam, lightweight and very flattering. It was also the perfect colour with a nice glowing tan. As I tend to wear a lot of black, I still had to have my black accents in their but overall I absolutely love this look!!
